The Boss Miss Pla have spent time travelling and trying Italian restaurants in Europe and of course in Italy where in naples, homeland of pizza, she took as a model the hot "inferno" of the pizza oven of the restaurant "L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele". That oven, wood burning, is able to cook a real pizza in 2 minutes! And we do have here a real pizza oven built with full refractory materials and bricks.There is also an Italian Kitchen where to prepare primi and secondi, salad and meat dishes as you like.
